In 2020, marketers faced unique challenges to re-imagine the delivery of customer acquisition and retention, as well as bringing products and services to market. In the absence of tools to navigate new obstacles in a pandemic, the expectation for marketers to be agile and pragmatic while adapting their strategies intensified.
Recognising the challenges marketers faced, FinTech B2B Marketing was launched in October 2020 with the sole mission of bringing together financial services and technology marketers, previously operating in silos, to help simplify complexity of marketing in the FinTech industry.
