How do I sign up for FinTech membership?

To sign up:

1.     Visit the FinTech Membership registration page here.

2.     Complete the sign-up form with your business details and job title.

3.     Choose the membership tier that best suits your needs (FinTech Lite, FinTech Plus, or FinTech Pro). Find details of what is included in each FinTech membership type here.

4.     Submit payment for your selected tier.

5.     You’ll receive a confirmation email with your login details and instructions on how to access your membership benefits.

How much does membership cost?

The cost of FinTech Membership varies according to the tier you have selected. Payment can be made in either USD or GBP currency. What are the different payment plans available?

FinTech membership falls under our Annual Payment plan: where you pay upfront for the full year and enjoy savings as a result

Are there any hidden fees or additional costs?

Our membership fees cover all core benefits for your selected tier. However, there may be additional charges for optional services, such as premium event sponsorship or customised consulting beyond the allotted hours. Do you facilitate member introductions?

We offer our FinTech Members support in making introductions to other business members within the community.

How do I access member-only content or toolkits?

Once you’ve signed up and received your login credentials, you can access all member-only content and tools through the FinTech Membership portal. This includes exclusive marketing templates, reports, training resources, and networking opportunities.

Can multiple team members use a single membership?

Memberships are typically assigned to individual users. However, if your company wishes to provide access to multiple team members, you can contact customer support for options related to additional licenses or multi-user memberships.

Does my membership cover multiple locations?

Membership is registered to the country you signed up from. If you want to access events in other countries, you can either purchase discounted event passes or additional membership licences for your other teams.

What type of support is available to members?

Members have access to the following support, subject to the membership tier selected:

Where can I find my complimentary or discounted passcodes/access codes?

Your complimentary or discounted passcodes/access codes will be sent directly to your email by the FinTech Marketing Community team. Please keep these codes secure and do not share or forward them to anyone else otherwise you will be in breach of Community Terms and Conditions.

How do I submit content to the Premium Library?

Your Clients Relations Manager will provide guidelines and support for submitting your whitepapers, reports, and thought leadership content to our Premium Library.

How does your Fractional CMO Recruitment Program work?

Our Fractional CMO program connects FinTech companies with experienced marketing leaders who are our community members on a part-time or project basis, allowing you to access senior-level expertise without the cost of a full-time hire.

Whether you're in the process of fundraising, expanding your market share, or refining your brand presence, our Fractional CMO program offers you top-tier expertise to accelerate growth without the commitment or cost of hiring a full-time executive.

Here’s how it works:

  • Initial Consultation: We begin with a free consultation to understand your company's marketing needs, goals, and growth stage. This helps us determine whether you need strategic oversight, tactical support, or both.

  • Assessment of Needs: Based on your goals (e.g., scaling marketing, refining your Go-To-Market strategy, building brand awareness), we provide tailored recommendations for the type of fractional support you require.

  • Customised Matchmaking: Once we understand your needs, we match you with the right fractional CMO or senior marketing leader from our network. These CMOs come with deep expertise in FinTech, allowing them to drive results from day one.

  • Ongoing Evaluation: During your check-in calls with your Clients Relations Manager, we will check how things are going with you and make any necessary adjustments.

  • Flexible Engagement: Our fractional CMOs can work with you for a fixed term, project-based, or on an ongoing retainer, giving you flexibility based on your evolving needs.

How do I renew my membership?

You can renew your membership directly through the FinTech Membership portal. You will receive a reminder email prior to your membership’s expiration, which will include instructions for renewal. Simply log in and follow the steps to continue your membership for another year. If you have any issue in renewing contact your Client Relations Manager who will be pleased to assist you.

What is the Membership cancellation policy?

Members may cancel their renewal at any point throughout their annual subscription. To cancel any membership product, Members must cancel either through their Client Relations Manager or online account on the Fintech Marketing Community website.

A full refund will be given only if the cancellation is done within 14 working days of the date of purchase. No refund shall be given if Members cancel a service part way through a subscription year.

Can I showcase my products or services to the community?

Yes! FinTech members get access to Global Demo Days, eLearning presentation slots, and the opportunity to submit premium content to our library, helping you showcase your expertise directly to our members. Frequency will vary according to the membership tier selected

What events can FinTech members attend?

FinTech Members receive free passes to quarterly roundtables and flagship conferences, depending on their membership tier, plus discounted access to additional events across the globe.

Do you facilitate member introductions?

To our Business Members, we offer support in making introductions to other business members within the community.

Yes, your dedicated Client Relations manager will schedule regular check-in calls with you to ensure you’re maximising the value of your membership.

What if I have issues with accessing my benefits or portal?
