As a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer, Jessica Zall develops and leads strategic marketing and demand generation efforts for innovative and emerging fintech companies. With a focus on scaling businesses effectively throughout their growth phases, she specializes in creating data-driven marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and drive measurable customer acquisition. Jessica is known for building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences, and aligning marketing initiatives with broader business goals to ensure sustainable growth.
Before her work as a fractional CMO, Jessica was the Chief Marketing Officer of Percent, the modern credit marketplace connecting investors, borrowers, and underwriters. At Percent, Jessica built the company’s marketing department, driving the rebrand, communications, and growth initiatives. She oversaw all marketing functions, including growth marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, customer insights and analytics, operations, brand, and communications.
Jessica has been recognized by NYC FinTech Women in their 2023 Inspiring FinTech Female Awards and as a finalist for the Markets Media U.S. Women in Finance Awards for two consecutive years (2023-2022). She was also named to the Top 30 Most Influential Marketers of 2023 by Rise, created by Barclays and The Fintech Marketing Hub, and the Propolis Top U.S. Marketers 2022 list. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree concentrating in Economics. She is a member of the ANA’s Global CMO Growth Council, Chief, Club CMO, the Women’s Bond Club, Wall Street Women’s Alliance, and Women in FX, and she serves as a strategic advisor to the Board of Tellus Markets.
